Custom Order Process

Please email info@juledaofficial.com if you would like to place an order for a custom couture gown or bridal gown. To begin the process of the custom, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the order. The remaining balance is due at the time of completion and delivery. 

Once the order is confirmed, a private virtual appointment with the designer,Juleda, will be organized to discuss details/preferences of the custom couture look. With passionate detail, each look varies in length of completion. Non-Bridal gowns may take between 2-5 weeks while Bridal gowns may take up to 3-6 months depending on the complexity of the design. Fittings prior to completion are conducted in-person located in New York City. Details are provided thereafter. 

Amendments to existing designs are subject to approval from the designer, Juleda. Generally, we limit customizations in order to maintain the integrity of the original designs, which are carefully considered to ensure the success of silhouette and fabrication of each style. In certain circumstances, we can accommodate some customizations that would include modifying to fabric type or fabric color. We are not able to accommodate changes to the silhouette, embroideries, or construction of the garment, with the exception of custom work.
