Refund Policy

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable. Once the deposit is made, the custom order process is initiated and therefore is considered a final sale. Deposits are non-refundable even if the garment has not yet been constructed or completed. Design sketches, private appointments, and scheduled production have already been established.
